Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access the class after purchasing?
After completing your purchase, look for the Access Digital Content button on the order confirmation page. Click the button to open your digital library and access the prerecorded course videos.
*Please note that the button may take a few seconds to appear after the order confirmation page loads.
Will I receive an email with access to the class?
Yes. After your purchase, you will also receive an email containing a link to access your digital course content. Keep this email for easy access to the class later.
Where do I find my Certificate of Attendance?
Your order confirmation email includes a Download Certificate of Attendance button. Click the button to open and save your certificate. The certificate will display the name entered in the Student / Certificate Name field when the course was purchased.
What should I do if I don’t receive the class or certificate email?
First, check your spam or junk folder. Email providers occasionally filter automated order and digital-content emails. Also, confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct. If you still can’t locate the email, please contact us or call (810) 227-3899 for assistance.
Can I purchase the class for an employee?
Yes. When purchasing the course for an employee, enter the employee’s full name in the Student / Certificate Name field exactly as it should appear on their Certificate of Attendance.
Course and order emails are sent to the email address used during checkout, so make sure the person who needs access can receive them or that the emails can be forwarded to them.
