3. Transfers
Course enrollments may be transferred to another individual prior to the course start date by contacting us with the new participant’s information.

5. Certification & Completion
Completion of a course does not guarantee certification unless all required criteria are met. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure compliance with any applicable certification requirements.

6. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a course without refund if their behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our courses or materials.
